  1. Sleep in. Vacations are the best time to catch up on your rest.
  2. Dine with characters at a resort hotel. Disney has a variety of character meals that don't require a park ticket, like 'Ohana at the Polynesian Village Resort, Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort, and 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian Resort.
