America Is Having a Senior Moment on Vaccines

A prevalent issue that persists currently is the declining faith in yearly COVID shots. In the spring of 2022, 56% of all adults had received their initial booster shot, yet a year later, only 28% were up-to-date. So far this COVID season, only 19% are vaccinated. There is a multitude of factors that contribute to this issue, such as the lies and misinformation spread by the media. Others blame the politicians for not being honest. Some people have lost faith in the FDA, CDC, NIH, and the government as a whole because of the continuous lies about the vaccine and its effectiveness.

After the Polio epidemic, a consensus of the medical community was to do an honest test for 5 years, which was done, and polio was declared defeated. Many people are suspicious of the entire medical establishment as a whole, including vaccines, because of the lack of transparency and honesty from the government and health organizations. People are supposed to take yearly vaccines for the rest of their lives to manage Polio, a non-threatening disease today.

The writer of this article is telling people that they will die from COVID if they don't get the vaccine annually, which is untrue. Many people have had COVID 19, and recover just fine, without getting the vaccine. The annual vaccine is a money-making scheme for big pharma and a control tactic by the government.
