NFL Draft 2023: CBS Sports' Top 283 prospects

NFL Draft season is among us, and CBS Sports has you covered with the latest news, rumors, and, of course, player rankings. CBS Sports HQ's Jordan Dajani submitted his final project of the 2024 NFL Draft, ranking him top 283 prospects this year. For a quick primer on his grading system, it's constructed as follows -- grades in five categories he deems most important to each position, weighed from most important to least important. That combination of grades equates to a prospect's "raw grade." But that's the first layer. He then adds "position addition" at each spot -- based on how valuable he views each position. For convenience, he's labeled each prospect in the top 100 with his respective positional ranking, too.

Here is just some of what Dajani said about quarterback Caleb Williams, who he ranked as his top prospect.

"For Williams, it's not a matter of if but when. That's how confident I am in his ability to hit the ground running in the NFL and eventually become a franchise quarterback. The former USC Trojan is a fantastic athlete with a tremendous arm and an even better mindset. Add in the fact that he's a fantastic leader with a winning pedigree, and you have the perfect recipe for a long and successful career at the next level.
