Content: Williams has the talent to become a franchise quarterback and elevate the offense single-handedly. The rest of the draft was dedicated to boosting a defense that was among the worst in the NFL last season. They started by adding edge rusher Austin Booker in the fifth round, a move that should pay dividends down the road.
